Poor service, do not use 12/29/2011

One of the previous reviewers wrote about price changes. I too experienced the same thing. I was promised a whole dental package, and in the end, I did not receive what was promised. In addition, they did such a poor job cleaning my dog's teeth, I had to go to another facility to have the work redone. Get a second opinion, before allowing them to do any work. more

They are the best! They care about our pet and our wallet. I would recommend them to everyone! We are very happy with the service they have given us. They did not make us feel "bad" for not putting our dog on the heart worm prevention. They just recommend it and stressed why it is important. Their intention is not to intimidate you, rather to educate you so you can make the best decision for you and your pet. more

Don't Recommend 12/22/2010

Dont bring your animal here if you dont want to go away feeling like your a bad pet owner. They do a bait and switch on the fees and then make you feel like an abusive pet owner if you dont spend as much as they think you should spend. Then on top of it they take a picture of your pet without asking your permission or telling you why...then you really feel intimidated. They are overly intrusive and greedy. Lets face it more pet owners would take their pets to veterinarians if they weren't so expensive...so who do THEY really care about? more

Fletcher Heights Animal Hosp is the best. 6/16/2009

The staff at Fletcher Heights are very loving and thoughtful to the animals and the owners. When we had to have one of our dogs put to sleep they sent us a sympathy card. more

Your Animals Will Be Well Cared For Here! 3/18/2006

One of our dogs got in to something a few weeks ago and became violently ill. We recently moved here and did not have a vet, so we took him to the nearest location to us. Fletcher Heights Animal Hospital was very close and was able to accommodate us even though it was very close to being closing time for them. \r \r We brought our dog there and did not have to wait very long to see the doctor. She was very nice and caring. She was able to diagnose possible causes of the symptoms. She provided us with every treatment option available, including the cost and her recommendations. \r \r All the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price of the office visit was $45, which we felt was reasonable. Of course, they try to sell you everything under the sun, but we chose the least invasive treatment and it all turned out just great. \r \r We were very impressed because about three days after our visit, the doctor called us personally to see how our dog was doing. I would recommend more
