I took my chihuahua to Banfield for a year and I have been unsatisfied with their service and attitudes on every single occasion that I took my chi there. Unfortunately, I felt pressured into signing a one year agreement with them to save money on their over-priced services and had no choice but to continue with them for a year. First of all, they are completely unfriendly. Second, they don't know what they are doing. They over vaccinated my dog - the poor thing was so tired but was in so much pain that she couldn't lay down. Then following that occasion, she nipped at the vet when they were giving her another round of vaccines (new puppy vaccinations) and wrote in her medical record that she was an "aggressive dog." I would bite you too if you were poking me with needles and I didn't have the ability to talk! I understand that they wanted to muzzle her during the vaccines but to write something untrue in her medical record is an entirely different matter. Since my agreement/co
