I agree with all of the previous reviews, I did not feel like they respected my me or my pet at all. When I checked my sick kitty at the desk I noticed he had soiled the towel at the bottom of the box, I made the women that worked there aware of it and asked her to please throw away towel. I even wrote it down on the paper I signed to please throw away soiled towel.......after a long ans stressful day at the vet my poor cat was placed back in the box right on top of his own feces because they failed to throw it away. That is a disgrace!!! Then, I specifically asked them to call me after every test so I had the decision whether or not to continue looking for the problem in my cat, they ended up running every test before they even called me and it pretty much cost me a mortgage payment! Horrible vet visit and to top things off he has not been able to walk straight since he came home a WEEK ago!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ANIMAL TO THIS PLACE!!!
