The majority of the front and back office staff have been rude and act as if I am bothering them by bringing my pet there. They consistantly try to overcharge, even when I have purchased the puppy plan. For example when my pet went in for a neuter, they charged me for pre-surgical blood work even when it states that this is covered in the puppy plan. The rep from the puppy plan ended up refunding my money but stated that even after she called them, they refused to follow the written contract. When I showed up to pick up my pet after the last visit, I explained to the girl at the front desk that the tech who called me that day was rude and that I had come there by choice not by force and I could easily find another vet if this is how they wanted to treat paying customers....she said, "OK, that's your choice. How will you be paying today?" I guess they are so used to this type of complaint that they don't even try to fix the problem. When I called to cancell my puppy plan the rep
