Review content:
Level of customer service is awful! I will not board my dogs here again. I called to check on them and they had no idea who my pets were and instead read care notes from a computer. I think they need to scale down and focus on the importance of pet boarding. Instead they are trying to see how many animals they can get under their roof at one time. This was our first and last time at Kennelwood.
