My husband purchased a set of diamond earring for me several years ago at Randy's jewelry. He went there on the recommendation of a friend. He was happy with the professional service he received from them so we decided to make Randy's our regular jewelry store. Although the earrings had a special post so that the earring would not fall out easily I found the back of one of them constantly coming off. I returned to Randy's and they "fixed" the problem.\r \r The following Christmas I went to Randy's to purchase a watch for my husband. I did purchase a watch I was happy with but I was not overly impressed with the salesperson.\r \r Shortly after I began to again have problems with the earring back not staying on. As a result I lost one of these expensive diamond earrings. Against all odd an employee found my earring and returned it to me. I went back to Randy's to complain and have it fixed.
