Randy's Jewelry

I took 6 pieces of fine jewelry to Randy's Jewelry Inc at 309 S Main St, O'Fallon, MO 63366 to sell in response to their advertised desire to purchase such. My inital exchange with the woman behind the counter was very friendly and reassuring as she acknowledged I was offering jewelry featuring precious gems and not scrap to be melted down. She professed to me that no harm would be inflicted upon my property while introducing me with a graceful sweep of the hand to the metallurgist/jeweler men in the back room, who appeared to be earnestly at work, as they looked up and offered an affirming nod. I now know this is all a BS show for the sucker that walked through the door and is about to get plucked clean (that would be me.) Their performances' were all a charade straight out of a Charles Dickens' novel, and all for me. \r \r What!X#? I have both bought and sold jewlery from this company and have never recieved anything but top notch service. They are fair, friendly and give great service. I would recommend them anytime to anyone. more

I'm not sure a review I just read was the same Randy's Jewelry or not; however, if it is the one in O;Fallon, MO surely this person is mistaken. I have been doing business with Randy's Jewelry in O'Fallon, MO since they first opened in the other location long ago. I have been buying jewelry, having jewelry made, and sending my children, family, and friends to this store for years. In the past year or so, I have fallen on bad times and, like many others have chosen to sell some of my gold making ends meet. Randy's has been totally up front, honest and fair. Giving me premium dollars for my gold. Randy's jewelry was a wonderful place to shop!!! Bob was extremely patient and very knowledgeable of everything in the cases. Never shopping for an engagement ring before, I was extremely indecisive, but as soon as I discovered what shape and style I liked Bob took the initiative to show me rings I had not even noticed. After trying on rings for hours I finally found the one that I want to wear the rest of my life.......thank you so much for your patience:) more

Me and my boyfriend went in Randy's looking for a engagment ring to give him an idea. Our salesperson was named Dawn, she was AWESOME! She was very helpful, she didnt try to get me to go for more expensive or she didnt try to make us buy one that day. I have never had any problems with Randy's. My family goes in there all the time and they are always helpful!! 5 STAR!!! more

My husband purchased a set of diamond earring for me several years ago at Randy's jewelry. He went there on the recommendation of a friend. He was happy with the professional service he received from them so we decided to make Randy's our regular jewelry store. Although the earrings had a special post so that the earring would not fall out easily I found the back of one of them constantly coming off. I returned to Randy's and they "fixed" the problem.\r \r The following Christmas I went to Randy's to purchase a watch for my husband. I did purchase a watch I was happy with but I was not overly impressed with the salesperson.\r \r Shortly after I began to again have problems with the earring back not staying on. As a result I lost one of these expensive diamond earrings. Against all odd an employee found my earring and returned it to me. I went back to Randy's to complain and have it fixed. We purchased my husbands wedding band here and were very pleased with the service and quality of the jewelry. The prices are very reasonable as well. Most other jewelers wanted to charge twice as much for the same ring we got here because they considered it to be custom made even though Randy's had one in the display case. more
