My experience is when my son was driving back from Ann Arbor. This was his first road trip on his own. Our Azteck broke down on the Highway. We Live in Calumet, MI. (UP), but we happen to be visiting my mother in Ludington that weekend. It was Sunday before Labor Day. So nothing was open. We had to call a tow truck to get him off the highway and was refereed Tamminga's through Merl's Towing service! (TOP NOTCH). So we left our car in the parking lot of Tamminga's hoping for the best!!Called Tammingas on Tuesday morning and talked to Steve. The owner. He reassured me told me they would look at my car and call back with an estimate. He called back with what I thought was going to be my right arm and left leg, but was very reasonable and honest!! I was very relieved! My car was ready on Wednesday. I would highly recommend going to Tamminga's for any auto repair if you happen to be in the Grand Rapids area! Steve the owner will take VERY good care of you. He will be honest and upfront with
