Let me just start with saying I am deeply saddend that you would say something so horrible and not true. We use forcepts which is used by many groomers. What this women has left out of her story is that she came to us with a dog she had for four months and never had it groomed or even taken to the vet to have them pull its ear hair it was extremely matted all over her body.Unfortunately as i explained to the owner when the ear hair has been neglected there is alway a possibility of irratation after.We always try our best with the situation we are given. She came to us complaining she had checked out and researched other groomers and none meet her expectations. I really feel that this person will not be happy no matter where she goes. Shame on you for blaming someone for your own neglect. GROOMERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
