Heads & Tails Pet Grooming

I have been taking my Miniature Schnauzer here since her first haircut. She is not a well socialized dog, yet she loves this place! They cut her exactly as I ask, and I am a little picky. She has never been hurt. I have had her groomed at a few other places, including a hoity "doggy spa" and have never been satisfied with the results.I always come back here. Heads and Tails are consistant, knowledgable and caring. more

Let me just start with saying I am deeply saddend that you would say something so horrible and not true. We use forcepts which is used by many groomers. What this women has left out of her story is that she came to us with a dog she had for four months and never had it groomed or even taken to the vet to have them pull its ear hair it was extremely matted all over her body.Unfortunately as i explained to the owner when the ear hair has been neglected there is alway a possibility of irratation after.We always try our best with the situation we are given. She came to us complaining she had checked out and researched other groomers and none meet her expectations. I really feel that this person will not be happy no matter where she goes. Shame on you for blaming someone for your own neglect. GROOMERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I brought my dog in this shop Sat. 5/1/2010; to have her washed, and groomed. These people used a pair of vice grip pliers to pull large tuffs of hair from her ears. Leaving my dog crying, and her ears inflamed, oozing, and sensitive to the touch. I called this shop, and spoke with the owner. She was very hostile, uncaring, and had a ?this is just business as usual attitude.? In closing I am warring pet owners out there; TO BEWARE!!! more

This grooming co. is amazing. They do exactly what I ask, they are efficient, clean, friendly, and most import. great with my dog.Pricing is spot on with other businesses, would def, recomend. more
