Beware of the vindictive and libelous review from customer "A.H." below. This review contains incorrect and libelous statements from a disgruntled customer who attempted to impose her will on our company to get free work. The customer contacted us to extend an electrical circuit for an oven. The job required installing a junction box where the existing outlet was, and running a new wire and installing an outlet where the new oven was going to be. The technician informed the customer of how he intended to do the job, showed her the job when he was finished and she made no objections at that time. She did not contact us with a complaint until three weeks later. The customer stated that we left "exposed" electrical wires. The wire that was exposed was insulated and all work was done in accordance with electrical code and would have passed any electrical inspection.
