My mom has been in Dameron several times. Each time she has had to wait 6 to 12 hours in the ER before getting to a room. She has sever food algeries and she still received the wrong food. When we have called to see how she is doing we have been hung up on! Don't go to Dameron. They even lost her only pair of glasses. Kaiser needs to stop using Dameron Hospital as their associate. Dameron is giving Kaiser a bad name. Can we give a rating lower than unsatisfactory???????
