Dr Kramer pulled our Harley Bear through his terrible ordeal. Words cannot express the magnitude of our gratitude. He is a wonderful Dr and truly an asset to his profession. He offered comforting words and compassion to us during that emotional time. The staff who greeted us each with a smile and helped with his care.
