Review content:
These people are very dishonest and mark up prices. We had heard good things about them so when our car had problems we brought it in. Boy are we disappointed and we're now out over $1000. They replaced our catalytic converter about 2 months ago. But our converter was under warranty and they never told us. All catalytic converters are under a federal warranty for 8 years and under 80k miles. Now the dealer won't reimburse us the cost because Youngsville auto got rid of the old converter. Then we found out from the dealer that Youngsville auto charged us $200 more on the part than what it costs. Stay away from these people and go to someone honest!! They are also very difficult to deal with and accusatory if you have problems with them.
