I was having trouble starting my car and went to Youngsville Auto Care. Les came right out and tested my battery the reading showed I needed a new battery. Les called NAPA for the part and he told me the part is on the way. After waiting awhile Les called NAPA and they said the battery was delivered. Neither one of us saw the delivery dropped off. It seems the battery was left by the back overhead door. The delivery person just left it there without having someone sign for the part. Les apologized for the delay and said he would call NAPA to correct this error.
