I was a resident at this property for a couple of years, before I left the new management at the property and the management company became unpleasant. The agents and managers at the property were always unaware of who we were, they were uncaring about our concerns and were ?fake? about everything that had to do with us. When we left, they sent us a huge bill for charges that were unexplainable. When trying to fix our bill, the management at the property refused to speak to us because we were no longer residents or their problem. They passed us over to their supervision company which treated us even worse. The agent was rude, unfriendly and did not help us at all. The agent wanted to charge us even more, and it took about 6 months to resolve the matter. Otherwise, our apartment was okay, the trash situation was a nightmare. There is only one receptacle in the whole complex and you have to carry your trash in your car to throw it out. It was gross. I will never live in this complex
