I have lived here for 5 years, and my car was broken into TWICE, my husband's was broken into once, and the United States Postal Service STOPPED delivering mail to the apartments because of how frequently our mailboxes were broken into and the property refused to install proper measures to safeguard our mail. \r \r The appliances are very old and cheap, prone to breaking down, and getting something fixed properly is usually a 2 to 3 visit event. They also left the building's MASTER KEYS in my lock and left after having puget sound energy change the lightbulbs. I came home to an apartment with the master key hanging out of the lock, and had to alert them of this. \r \r It was alarming to me that they didn't have a process for making sure the MASTER KEY had been returned safely to the office, but unfortunately it was not out of character for this place.\r \r They are located RIGHT next to the freeway, which means that people in more

I read most of the reviews before choosing the apartment complex, I thought ppl just write when they are mad, No that is not true, Trust reviews! story: I thought the manager was so very nice, She was so understanding and helpful and willing to sign a 7 month lease. I was in a situation where my landlord was losing their home and had to move quickly. \r I came back to the apartment on my scheduled appointment and what a surprize. I was told that there was no 7 month lease's and needed to sign a 11 month lease, I was under the gun and had to find a place and I choose to move to the property, I am so unhappy I did. The place is so false. The manager is a bold face liar. I move out in 2 months and I can hardly wait parking spaces are so small. \r Parking: there is none, Garbage : a dirty joke and stinks! Mailboxes: in a cover cube. I would not ever rent here, Stay far away, there are better places! there are pets here, and ppl do not pick up the pet crap. the place is a joke and not wor more

Stay far away from this complex! There is no parking unless you are willing to pay an extra $100 or so a month for a "carport" (covered space). Maintenance takes forever, and you will have to have even simple jobs redone again and again. There is no security, even though there are signs claiming the complex is patrolled. Vehicles are broken into and stolen on a regular basis. Mailboxes are located away from any of the buildings, and are broken into regularly - management responded by putting up a "security" sign that just makes it harder to see into the mailbox area and thus easier to break into. Management makes many promises and breaks all of them. Wish we'd never moved in here, and can't wait until our lease is up to move out. more

I was a resident at this property for a couple of years, before I left the new management at the property and the management company became unpleasant. The agents and managers at the property were always unaware of who we were, they were uncaring about our concerns and were ?fake? about everything that had to do with us. When we left, they sent us a huge bill for charges that were unexplainable. When trying to fix our bill, the management at the property refused to speak to us because we were no longer residents or their problem. They passed us over to their supervision company which treated us even worse. The agent was rude, unfriendly and did not help us at all. The agent wanted to charge us even more, and it took about 6 months to resolve the matter. Otherwise, our apartment was okay, the trash situation was a nightmare. There is only one receptacle in the whole complex and you have to carry your trash in your car to throw it out. It was gross. I will never live in this complex more
