I read the reviews before however I thought to myself, it can't be that bad. Well, it is. \r
The staff do not know what they are doing most of the time. They are rude and very unprofessional. You will have to remind them 10+ times otherwise it will never be done. We had a problem in our master bathroom, leaking from above. We told them as soon as we saw the problem. After weeks and weeks of calling and nothing done. One day I was in the shower and the ceiling started to fall on me. Bits of paint and whatever. That caught their attention, but it still took them a few weeks to finally see what the problem was. We asked to move out, as we were so tired of people coming in and out as they pleased to try to fix the problem. We were not offered any help during the moving process what so ever. The walls are so thin that you can literally hear your neighbors most personal moments. By that I mean visits to the bathroom, bedroom moments, conversations, snoring.
