Chad is awesome. No high pressure. No nonsense. This is the first time I've had a car in for repair and had the owner tell me he wouldn't bother with some of the minor repairs. My 330 is old and has lotsa miles and I'm going to replace it soon so Chad went through the list and recommended I skip some of the repairs to save some money. \r
The shop is clean. The car was ready earlier than promised. There were no surprises on the bill. Several months have passed and I have not had any issues with any of the work done.\r
I also had the car detailed and they did a fantastic job.
