Worst

They were unable to diagnose my BMW 528i and still charged me quite a hefty fee to check the vehicle out. Definitely not going back and would highly recommend going elsewhere.

The best place to take your BMW for service and repairs 3/8/2012

I've been a customer of Soley Bimmer for nearly 3 years. After the warranty had expired, I did not know where to take my BMW for service and repairs. I was thinking a lot of guys out there that are just looking to rip me off on bogus charges. Not Chad. This guy is straight up and squared away. Chad has worked on my car and kept it in top shape and has never tried to screw me. I am glad that I found Chad and his shop is close to my aera. My car has nearly 119K and still drives like new. I own a BMW 325i. more

Best BMW repair/service center 5/19/2011

I just took my 650i in this morning, bc of SOS malfunction, entertainment unit wasnt working, and some other electrical problems. Chad took it in and they looked at it for an hour and fixed it with in an hour. cost me 120$, while dealer wanted 500$ just to start looking at it. I was worried that it would cost me few thousand dollars. but it didnt, thanks to Chad and his crew. The shop is clean and very well organized, good music and etc. It was my first time there, and it wont be the last, will take my car there from now on. more

Very Unsatisfied 3/16/2011

They were unable to diagnose my BMW 528i and still charged me quite a hefty fee to check the vehicle out. Definitely not going back and would highly recommend going elsewhere. more

Best BMW Repair 10/9/2010

Chad is awesome. No high pressure. No nonsense. This is the first time I've had a car in for repair and had the owner tell me he wouldn't bother with some of the minor repairs. My 330 is old and has lotsa miles and I'm going to replace it soon so Chad went through the list and recommended I skip some of the repairs to save some money. \r The shop is clean. The car was ready earlier than promised. There were no surprises on the bill. Several months have passed and I have not had any issues with any of the work done.\r I also had the car detailed and they did a fantastic job. more

married my bimmer 8/5/2010

I married my 528i a few years ago. I am not familier with BMW, I have taken this car to many BMW shops, only to be charged for things that I had already paid to be fixed. Very frustraiting. I read reviews for Soley Bimmer, not one bad review, after my experience with Chad I can see why. He is a straight up guy who goes the extra mile for you. If you are looking for a place to take your BMW to, look no further, this is it. more

The Only Place to Take Your BMW in OC 4/3/2010

After taking my 2002 BMW to another shop 3 times and having them attempt to fix a problem with what I was told was the fuel pump, I went to Solely Bimmer (based on the reviews on this website) to get the Check Engine Light shut off. I experienced everything that is mentioned in the prior reviews and more!! Pros: Honesty & Integrity more

Great place to take your BMW 3/16/2010

I had a funny clunk from my newly purchased 2003 BMW 3-series. Despite being able to fix many things myself, I couldn't figure this one out. Took it to Chad at Solely Bimmer at he quickly diagnosed what the problem was plus gave me other maintenance tips. He saved me hours and potentially hundreds of dollars in trying to diagnose the problem. I fixed that particular problem myself but was soon back at Solely Bimmer for something I couldn't do. Chad and Eric quickly fixed it plus found and fixed another issue, all at a fair price. They have a professional and friendly attitude. I definitely plan to take my car back to Solely Bimmer whenever it needs repair or modification. Pros: Friendly, fast, explains things to you, reasonable prices more

The ONLY BMW shop to visit. 1/20/2010

Nothing but good words for Chad and his shop. I agree with everything written in all these recommendations. This is the shop you want to take your BMW to including the dealer. Best service, best prices and Chad is a great guy. Ladies in particular are encouraged to visit Chad. He is honest and very capable. Pros: He's 5 minutes from my house! more

Simply the best 1/8/2010

If you own a BMW this is the only place to get your service done. Twice the cost waas actually less than the estimate. Imagine that! Chad is tremendous. I would recommend anyone to Solely BMW. Pros: Honesty! more

Oustanding BMW Service 12/19/2009

We have been taking our BMW to several different service centers in South Orange County over the years. Upon reading some of Chad's reviews we took our 530i to his shop. He diagnosed and repaired the car in less than an hour at a very reasonable price. His shop is the cleanest I have experienced. He has grown-up in a family of BMW enthusiasts as his father and brother are both technicians and are part of BMW race teams. I highly recommend Solely Bimmer! Thanks Chad! more

Solely Bimmer is the only place I'll bring my BMW. 8/18/2009

If you want someone who really knows BMWs, runs a beautifully clean shop and is friendly and considerate, bring your car to Chad. He even fixed things I knew were broken but had forgotten to mention (like a broken turn signal). He is efficient and accommodates your schedule. more

Best BMW Service in OC 4/24/2009

I was tired of getting ripped off at the dealer and decided to give Solely BMW a try. The owner and chief mechanic, Chad, is a really nice, friendly and honest guy. He is extremely knowledgeable about BMWs. My entire experience there was great from the initial consult to getting my car back. How often now days do you hear this headline? It almost sound cliche. Chad is an Intelligent, competent mechanic, and expert on BMW. His pricing is a fraction of dealer pricing for labor and parts. Easy location to come and go. Resonable, quick turnaround. So glad I discovered him for my recent purchase. Hope many in south county discover him. He deserves to succeed big time! I went to Solely Bimmer today for several problems with my car, all of which were dealt with quickly and competently. Chad is friendly and very knowledgeable about BMWs. I definitely will return when I need additional service. Pros: Lots of handy parking. Building is new and clean. Close to my house in Laguna Niguel. more

Best place to take your BMW!! 4/15/2008

I found out about Solely BMW while searching reviews for BMW repairs. I was fed up with the high cost of bringing my car into the dealer. Several years ago the sunroof of my BMW 528 stoped working. The dealer said it would cost approximately $2500 to fix. I decided not to fix it. When I found Chad and he did such a wonderful job on the scheduled service I asked him about the sunroof. Much to my surprise he was able to fix the roof, do all of the scheduled servicing and replace numerous hoses and the entire cost was under $1500! I would never think of going to the dealer again. more

Top notch service - definately a mechanic you can trust with your BMW 4/15/2008

Finding a mechanic can be a little like trying to find a new doctor. How do you know if they're any good? How do you know if they're trustworthy and really watching out for your best needs instead of their own? How do you get to the point where you trust them enough to simply accept their recommendations w/o having to question every little detail? I know that once I find somebody like that in any service industry, I hold onto them like gold and make sure all my friends know about him/her so they can avoid the same hassles and headaches I've experienced. Pros: Too many to list-quality of work, attention to detail, friendly and open, etc. etc Cons: He didn't have an HDTV set up in his waiting room more
