We have been taking our cars to Jax Auto for over 20 years and have NEVER had one problem. We even sent our teenage girls with their cars knowing that they would not be taken advantage of. We have always totally trusted JAX with our cars and have never been disappointed. I will say that if their prices are higher on some things (you can always find a coupon for an oil change) it is completely worth it, knowing the care and type of service they have given to our cars. We have referred many people to JAX and every single one of them has been more than happy with the service and the price. I question the first reviewer's motives in giving a negative review. If it is only about the cost of auto repair, you will always be taking a chance going with the lowest price over the best service. Our entire family feels very comfortable in taking our cars to JAX Auto and telling them to "Do whatever it needs." and never having to worry about unnecessary repairs/charges or being overcharged fo
