I recently had to have a "Smog Test Only", which I have come to find out that 60% of vehicles fail! I took the car to JAX Automotive Repair and discussed the problem with the lead mechanic, whom I have known for some time. He told me that it was a simple repair and fixed it promptly, and at a fair price. The car passed the "Test Only" with flying colors! The dealer wanted over twice as much to do the same work (I checked), and the car now runs perfectly. Edgar, the lead mechanic, is honest, reliable, and I have no problem sending my wife to him for auto repairs, and have recommended him to several friends, who also agree with me. Even on a new vehicle, once out of factory warranty, I will rely on JAX and Edgar to keep it running in top condition.
