I cannot say enough great things about this warm and caring hospital. I've been bringing my five-year-old cat there ever since I got him, and I have never had a bad experience. I recently brought him in due to a sudden and very alarming set of symptoms, and the front desk staff squeezed us in first thing in the morning with no problem. Once in the exam room, the nurses were extremely understanding and thorough, and Dr. Grey was reassuring, calm and informative. She treated us with respect and took our case very seriously. \r

The team here also seems to understand that even though we love our pets like family, visits to the vet do not come cheap. When I expressed some concern about cost, they printed out a step-by-step treatment plan and the corresponding cost of each test and procedure (they even gave me a copy of his x-ray!) This way, we were able to arrive at a solution that would benefit everyone. \r
