I have been a sponsor of my mother for the past four and half years as a resident of Golden Living Center in Oneonta.\r
She was cared for by the staff and management. As any other facility always keep that watchful eye, be mindful of what your love ones tells you. There are always a few that makes the facility seem bad at times but as long as you keep on top of what goes on with their care they will be fine. \r
On the same hand there are those angels that fill the gap when you can't be there. That is what happen with my mother at GLC. \r
We ended up spending the last four weeks day and night with my mother and over all was very please with the care she got at the facility. One special angel was named Cordell. He became my mother's new son and we felt the same way. \r
Over all the Golden Living Center is a great place if you have to place a love one in a nursing facility.
