Review content:
Got scheduled for yesterday, they supposed to call us 1h before they came. They never did, and just leave a coupon on the door and told us that they did LOG the call (even when no voice mail was received and no missed call show up). \r

Also, first it was schedule at sometimes during the day, wait until afternoon and call them they said it would be sometimes before 4pm, then they pushed back to before 6pm, then never show up.\r

Sorry to be rough, can't give you review since we never got the service. However, one thing I would like to convey: very unprofessional and incompetent. Even matress delivery gives you 2h windows and tell you what time they may come the night before they deliver.\r

Hopefully, DC metro area has more competition so that Furr Fh can serve their customer better.\r
