I had been taking my first dog for at least 1 year, probably closer to 2 and never had any problems. When we first started going i found the rates for a small dog to be very reasonable (around $20-$25) and sufficient. Customer service was good both when i called and when i would take our dog and pick her up. However, today was a different story. I took in our dog that was a regular as well as our 4 month old puppy for the first time. I was greeted by (who i believe to be the owner) commenting that the puppy was "matted" and was this her first time being groomed? First off, i would hardly call the puppy matted, she is a puppy with lots of thick PUPPY HAIR, definitely not any mats. I explained to the owner that i didn't think these were mats and that she had been frequently bathed and brushed and that yes it was her first time because all of her puppy shots had just been completed about 2 weeks ago...and she is only 4 months old!
