WHAT A NIGHTMARE! We rented (first and last time ever) when we moved back to the area while looked for a house to buy. The place had pee and boogers in every corner, we asked for it to be cleaned and ended up doing it ourselves. Allison is a train-wreck and a joke. Never followed through or kept her word. Carpet was SO wet when we moved in, we couldn't use the basement for a week. THEN the foundation started leaking and was spreading mold all over but we we just liars for months. They never completely fixed the problem - just treated us like whiners. We finally paid the "early out" fee to get out - was brutal on my asthmatic son. You don't need somewhere to live badly enough to deal with these people. Keep looking.
