The Welch Agency ripped me off. I spent three days cleaning, busted my butt and it still wasn't good enough. Be aware they charge $45 an hour to clean. My deposit was $800 and $700 was refundable. So the $100 they say went to re-keying the locks. Expensive! I had two holes in the wall from a shelve that I hung up. They charged me $250 to patch it and fix it. Unbelievable! In the end I'm getting a $I60 back. I do not recommended renting from this agency. They seem very eager to rent to you at first, but when you need to leave thats when they stick it to ya. It seems to me like they are trying to make money off this security deposit thing.
