Arnold Stove and Fireplace Center has been great. For the few people that had bad experiences it was probably their own fault. I realized that not every single part and piece is going to be found until they actually start doing the job. They worked very hard to keep my price the same as first estimated. They could have "cut corners" and not do the job right, but that's not their style. They do it right and safe.\r

Having worked in retail I can tell you it can be fustrating when you are the middle man. You try and get everything for your customer to please them. Sometimes it is just not possible. Then you look like the bad guy. Do you really think that's their goal, to look bad and have a bad rep?? Probably not. \r

As for the owner and his family. They seem like very nice people. From being at the store numerous times I could tell they treat people the way they want to be treated, with respect. They are always willing to help me when I come by. So to the person that had t
