My wife and I initially had a very good experience in selecting the fireplace we wanted installed in our home. \r

As the we moved into the installation process, we experienced some aggrevation. Due to miscommunication between ourselves and an employee of the store, there were multiple costs in the process that we had been caught offguard by. We were novices in purchasing a fireplace, and neeeded every aspect of the process explained to us in great detail.\r

When the owner of the store learned of our frustration, he took the time to visit me in person at my office. We discussed the concerns I had, and he addressed them one-by-one.\r

As a business owner myself, I appreciated the fact that the owner took the time to seek me out. It is obvious to me that he takes great pride in the reputation of his store, and wants to make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction.\r
