I am from Cali and have been riding for 15 years and shopping at all kinds of dealerships in my day. I always find the best deals before committing. I recently visited Carter and had a great experience. I was greeted right away and not "attacked". The sales rep took the time to just talk to me and find out what I liked to do and what kind of riding I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I was in the market for two sport bikes and to be honest I found a price about $150 cheaper. But you get what you pay for. I will gladly pay an extra $150 for the customer service I received there! After buying the bikes I got a follow-up call just to make sure everything was perfect. Top notch! Search no more for a shop to call your own. Carter is it!
