Review content:
I had a satisfactory experience with the Maintenance and Service department, but the people they have manning the Parts department need a serious lesson in manners. Maybe they have to deal with some rude customers and have to answer a lot of stupid questions, but I didn't appreciate getting into a shouting match with a young girl over handing over some personal information when paying for my motorcycle service.\r
\r
I had sufficient proof to prove who I was and the appropriate funds were deducted from my account. Having a young punk girl get confrontational with me because I refused to hand over additional personal information was downright unprofessional. The other members of their Parts staff aren't that much better when you ask them simple questions (both on the phone and in person).\r
\r
The management needs to give some of these people some serious training in customer service whether they like it or not. I don't owe them my repeat business.
PROS: Good Maintenance turnaround time.
