Review content:
Dr. Bach is one of the most patient, caring, and humane people I know. All of his staff members reflect that same feeling. He cared for my dog in sickness and in health and helped him live a wonderful life through the last 10 of his 17 years, regardless of some serious conditions with his kidneys and back. I am sorry there were bad feelings with one patient, but never saw anything other than GREAT work from Dr. Bach and his clinic in every situation. I would take any animal to him, and was driving several miles out of my way to continue to use his clinic after I moved, something I would almost definitely continue if having another animal.\r
I never write in these types of things, but felt compelled after reading and seeing the initial review.
