I NEVER thought I would ever have to make a call like this. The night that I got a call about my husband being arrested, was devastating. Through my tears and confusion, I just picked this company out of the phone book. I am glad I did! The Bail Agent on the other end of the phone took his time explaining in detail, what I needed to do and what my options were, but he also gave me background on their company and how it all started. We spent a good 45 minutes on the phone, just going over particulars and not once was I pressured to use their services. I appreciate that to this day. I had my options laid out to me and I chose to stick with this Agent because he made me feel like he understood me and wasn't just looking for my money. When I came in the next morning, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and a hot cup of coffee. We got the paper work done quickly despite my million questions. And at the end of it all, I was even able to smile as I walked out. The many years of experience and personable, professional Agents make this company a 5 star in my book.
