I NEVER thought I would ever have to make a call like this. The night that I got a call about my husband being arrested, was devastating. Through my tears and confusion, I just picked this company out of the phone book. I am glad I did! The Bail Agent on the other end of the phone took his time explaining in detail, what I needed to do and what my options were, but he also gave me background on their company and how it all started. We spent a good 45 minutes on the phone, just going over particulars and not once was I pressured to use their services. I appreciate that to this day. I had my options laid out to me and I chose to stick with this Agent because he made me feel like he understood me and wasn't just looking for my money. When I came in the next morning, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and a hot cup of coffee. We got the paper work done quickly despite my million questions. And at the end of it all, I was even able to smile as I walked out. The many years of experience and personable, professional Agents make this company a 5 star in my book. Honest, fast, & friendly 11/10/2009

This was my first time going through a Bail Bonds office. I never thought I would need one, until my brother was falsy accused of Domestic Violence. He had to work the next day, and has three children to support. So as you can see I was in a bit of a panic, when I was informed about his arrest. I was very lucky to have called them. They explained very clearly, and guided me through from A to B. I didn't feel any pressure from them, like the first bail bonds office I had called, who lied to me about the percentage they charge and were pressuring me to come in & bail my brother out. When I called Buffy/Sparacino Bail Bonds, they were kind, friendly, and explained to me clearly, what my responsibilties would be if I bailed him out. The process couldn't have been any easier. Hopefully I don't need a Bail Bondsman again, but if I did, I know where I would go.Thank you all. Pros: Professional, Honest, & Friendly more

As for the bad review i see here on citysearch, well let me just i know that it was one of your competitors who shall remain nameless (Lyn Simon at Zig Zag). The Bondsmen other Bondsmen go to for help. 11/9/2009

I had an issue with my Grandson's Bail and needed some questions answered . I called a few Bail Companies listed in the yellow pages but i guess the question i had was a difficult one because they kept referring me to Buffy Sparacino Bail Bonds due to there long history in the bail industry .
