Review content:
The staff at Pleasant Ridge Pet Hospital is caring and supportive. Everyone from the receptionists to the lab technicians is helpful and kind. My dog and I were treated as individuals rather than just clients. Drs. Chase and Jaax are top notch. They supported me through a challenging year with an adopted rescue who had many problems. They sat on the floor to examine him because he was so scared. Dr. Jaax spent time on the phone with me to decide the fate of my dog, and she cried with me when we put him down. Convenient evening appointments are always available. Phone calls are returned promptly. I have used two other vets, and these are the best!
