Review content:
After having our first experience with putting a dog down, I have to say I was VERY impressed with the compassion shown by everyone at this office. My husband and I cried, Dr. Jaxx cried, the techs cried--and they didn't really even know our dog!\r
The techs made a clay paw-print for us, which now hangs in our house, and a week after we had to put her down, we received a condolence letter from the staff. Wow!\r
They even let us take her home so we could bury her in the yard.\r
Although it was a sad occasion, Pleasant Ridge Pet Hospital made us feel comforted and at such a sad time, it was really wonderful.\r
They understand that a pet is a part of the family. I'll never take my dogs elsewhere while I live in Cincinnati.
