Ive been going to this hospital since its close to my home. I really dont get the impression that they are super friendly like some of reviewer have described, but everything is fine. The price is reasonable. however, I always had hard time contacting the dr on the phone.. one time that Dr. H didn't even call me back until 3 days of me constantly calling the hospital (literally, I was calling the hospital everyday and telling the staff that I need to talk to Dr. H) .. all of not-so-good experiences didnt really bother me until last week when I talked to Dr. H on the phone. she made me feel horrible for my dog. The way she talks sounds like she is criticizing me and make me look like an irresponsible person... the Dr should understand there are situations that we cannot control (ie my parents will never let my dog come inside of house ) instead of making me understand how serious my dog is sick, she makes me feel like a horrible person...I don't feel like bringing my dog to there again
