I have always received great care from the vets and staff here. The vet techs are always efficient and helpful, and often they don't charge for "extras", or they are upfront about the cost of things and don't pressure you to have expensive treatments or tests. I was also impressed with Dr. Hitch, I brought my cat in for an eye infection and she called me a couple of days later to ask and see how he was doing, that really made me feel like my pets were being cared for. I also have asked for advice over the phone and have not been charged, which is contrary to what others have experienced (in reading these reviews).
