Your website says "Call for lane availability and reservations" however when you call at 5:30pm the person anwsering the phone states that you do not take reservations and that there may not be any lane availability until 9:00pm. She also stated that they were on a wait list now. I asked if we could be added to the waitlist and was informed that you must be at the center to be placed on the waitlist. Really! I really have to go and sit in your bowling center for 3 and half hours with 5 kids in order to be placed on the waitlist? This poor advertising and customer service. We try to go bowling a couple of times a month and always take a large party when we go. To be honest I dont think we will be visiting your bowling center any more, nor will I recommend this facility to any of my friends. What a big let down! \r
