A quick comment to those upset with the cost of services offered from Jordan River Animal Hospital. You get what you pay for!! I had a Labrador who broke her leg running in the rain in a rocky area early in the morning. I called the hospital and despite not being open, someone came right in to be there so we could bring her in. Just like everyone else, we had to put a large deposit down as our dog had to have surgery. We found out that her surgery wouldn't be later that day so they let us bring in her blanket and spend as much time before and after the surgery as we wanted with her. We were very grateful and yes, we too made payments on that surgery. For those who think it's all about money.....this is for you. What we found out later is Dr. Silkman did the surgery later that day because he was attending the funeral of his grand daughter. He left family and friends that had flown from out of state to support him and his family so he could come in and help our pet who was part of
