Do NOT use this place for U-Haul rental. The service is poor- they failed to tell us of a known mechanical issue with the truck we rented, and then were absolutely uncooperative and unprofessional when we had an issue of returning the truck by the stated time due to their scheduling errors. The general manager was horribly unprofessional when we contacted them several hours prior to our scheduled return time to advise that we would not have the truck back on time. Instead of helping resolve the issue he was uncooperative and could not assist and any type of resolution. As a result, the truck was returned on time, but the move was not finished. This company will not be receiving my business again.
