Review content:
I have ranever met a crasser,more incompetent, or indifferent staff. This "hospitall" is sited inside PetSmart where their customers come from. My dog is a purebred Rhodesian show dog. He was being schooled once-twice week by their pet trainer. He is great.
When my dog got stung by a bee and his face swelled to twice its size in 1/2 hour, the Banfield receptionist told me that it was not an emergency and I could wait because "he is still breathing." I did and the vet told me that I needed to carry an EPI gun as this was a life and death situation.
Two days later, my dog was hit by a car - no serious injuries but he needed at least a cortisone shot. Reluctantly, I returned to Banfield as it is 2 blks away. I was told I would be seen in two hours, so I waited. When the time came, I was told to wait as I was a "walk-in" without an appointment.
I have spent a huger of amount of money in this store - which B knows. My poor dog's imjuries were serious and I could not have been
