DO NOT TRUST RAY!!! I think he uses this Christian thing as a cover for people to trust him. The biggest problem with him was lack of communication...he never called me, I always had to check in with him...he had my car on 4 different occasions and never did fix what I originally brought it in for, he actually made it worse and couldn't believe I dare question him! He was far too defensive and wouldn't listen to what I was trying to tell him, if he would have, he would have understood the issue, but instead he just goes on about how he won't be talked to like this....I was being perfectly calm because I've learned it really is easier to catch flies with honey instead of vinegar! I wanted to give him the opportunity to correct his mistake before I got upset, but he just wouldn't listen. While he did fix some things, I went in there to have a door lock fixed and he lost the little parts that went inside so it wouldn't work at all and told me I had to replace the entire master switch
