I am a female and new resident of Milwaukee. I was very disappointed with the lack of integrity I experienced from this shop. I went in for a complimentary oil change and this shop attempted to sell me new brakes and a list of other unnecessary replacements. The best part is that they spoke to me in a manner as if I didn't know anything about my car...maybe because I am female? First of all, forgive me for saying this as a "female" but I believe checking brakes requires removing the tires from the automobile. Correct? Interestingly I watched my oil change from the bay door window and tires were never removed from my car. Maybe this shop should reconsider replacing their brake pad psychic. My first and last visit.
