It is my understanding that since 2007 there has been a new and friendly receptionist who dedicates her life to ensuring that clients get the appointments that they need for their pets. She and Dr. Burke are very knowledgeable in the field of veterinary medicine and work to provide the best care to all animals that they treat. I have taken my three cats to this vet for ten years. As one of Richmond's best, I couldn't have asked for better care for my cats and recommend this animal hospital to all.
