I was so happy to see that Richmond had a feline only center....I scheduled an appointment to get my cat a checkup. As it turned, I had to reschedule the appointment and called 6hrs ahead to try to get rescheduled the next day or within the week. The receptionist was ANGRY that i had to cancel....and took no liberty to hide it. She said there was nothing else available....all week. I asked if I could try next week, she told to call back and hung up. I wouldnt go to them just because of her.
