I recently purchased an 2009 Venza. I brought in a list of features I wanted and told the salesman I was firm about not having extra features. He was not pushy, and happily agreed to try to satisfy my requirements. The dealership did not have a similar vehicle, so the salesman searched all the dealerships in the region and bargained with a manager from another state to have a vehicle shipped to me. I was extremely pleased with the entire transaction. The salesman was amazing! In the past I have had body and paint work performed at the collision center. I was very pleased with the results. The bodywork was smooth with no evidence of repairs, and the paint matched perfectly (even in bright sunlight)!
