had a water heater on the top floor basically pour out it's contents through my home-- what i thought were ruined hardwoods, sparkkles salvaged very nicely. they were extremely thorough in making sure everything (drywall, flooring, etc) was dried out completely and they paid the most attention to detail than any other company i've used for similar situations before. i would give them an outstanding recomendation because thankfully my heart pine floors dont show that they were ever flooded, the drywall looks better than it did before, and everyone i dealt with had great customer service
