Review content:
I usually take my car to Royal Motors, but when I moved to Oakland I decided to try this dealer for scheduled maintenance.\r

I took my car in for service and when I got it back the trunk latch was broken. There is no reason to lie on my part, but the assistant mgr denied their responsibility. They were extremely rude and patronizing, they would never transfer me to the mgr and told me he was on vacation and later that he went to the dentist. I had to wait two days to get a call back on my complaint.\r

I know for a fact the latch was not broken when I dropped it off because when they first called to tell the extra work that had to be done, they never mentioned a broken latch. Only after I had picked up the car did they say they had noticed the latch. They are obviously lying because the first thing one notices when they go in the car is that the trunk light's on. They wanted to charge me around $200 to fix it! HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE.
